• I have the right to deny a commission.

• Payment is to be expected in full through Ko-fi/Paypal and is non-refundable.

• Paypal fees are covered in the price.

• Price is subject to change and a forewarning will be given.

• Supplying proper references, descriptions, etc. for your commission will aid in the process of the piece to coming out the way you envision it.         

• Painted/Shaded references may concur an extra fee  

• Art is for personal use and is not to be redistributed under any circumstances, with penalty of a DMCA takedown notice.

• Nothing made by Starscarp may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI-generated content or future inventions in the space.

• WILL DRAW: Anthros, Humans, Creatures, Robots.

• WON’T DRAW: Heavy Gore, Genitalia, Fetishes, discriminatory artwork.  

• Turnaround period is one to two weeks, I will notify you if there is a delay.
